1. HOW TO ENTER. Contest begins February10, 2010 or thereabouts. Contest can be discontinued at the end of any month without prior notice. To enter, complete the official entry form on this page and spin to receive your number. Limited to one spin per customer per day.
2. PRIZE DRAWING. One random drawing will be held each month from among all eligible entries received by the time the drawing takes place. Odds of winning are 1 in 1,000,000. Winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Number selection will be video recorded at dealership. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their likenesses, photographs, names, and voices for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide (including winners list) without additional compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law. Winner must be 18 years are older and be a legal resident of the Continental United States.
3. PRIZES. Grand Prize winner will win new Mazda valued at $20,000. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. CONDITIONS. Entrants and winners release the sponsor, its directors, employees, divisions, affiliates, parents, officers, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use of the grand prize, including liability for personal injury. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. All entries become property of Mazda of Lakewood and will not be returned. Entries void if incomplete, illegible, or received outside authorized channels. Upon determination of winner, winner will receive notification. An Affidavit of Eligibility/Release will be required to be completed before grand prize is awarded. If chosen winner does not complete the release and confirm acceptance, the grand prize will be forfeited.
5. ELIGIBILITY. Contest open to all legal residents of the Continental United States, age 18 or older. Employees of the sponsor, Mazda of Lakewood, their divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, suppliers, agents and advertising, and members of their families and households are not eligible to participate and win. Contest winners are ineligible to repeat as winners for 12 calendar months. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law.
